Refund Policy

Because reports are personalized digital goods, completed and delivered reports are generally not refundable.

We will review refund requests for duplicate payments, failed delivery, payment mismatch, or technical errors that prevented report generation.

Send refund requests within 14 days of purchase to rotemsegev7@gmail.com. Include the PayPal transaction ID, the email used for delivery, and the test name.

Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal payment method.
